About MRO

Company covers all activities involved in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment. Company was founded by Bruce DeLucenay, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in industrial maintenance. His career began in 1986 at Cooper Tire and spanned several roles, including Journeyman Millwright, Maintenance Tech, PM Planner, and Maintenance Manager.

During his work, Bruce saw firsthand the challenges of repair management: knowing where parts were sent, how long they were out, warranty details, and when they would be returned. These frustrations led him to design a better way.

In 2008, Bruce launched Industrial Rep, an industrial repair management company. With hundreds of repairs in progress at any given time, he created a Repair Tracking System (RTS) to streamline the process. Its success inspired him to build them, a solution now used by repair managers across industries. The platform provides full visibility into repairs, ensuring managers can track requests, costs, warranties, and accountability—all from one system.
